By submitting a deal you confirm the numbers are from a real transaction you were party to, and you give us the right to include them, anonymously, in the LeaseCheckr benchmark.

Founder status — free access for life plus a numbered certificate — attaches to the email you verify at submission. It isn't transferable and applies to LeaseCheckr's consumer products.

The benchmark is information, not advice. We work hard to verify every figure, but a range of what others paid is a starting point for your negotiation, not a guarantee of the deal you'll get.

Don't submit fabricated deals. We verify against real deal sheets, and fabricated entries are removed along with any founder status they claimed.
